In Victorian times, Ventnor was a popular health resort and described as ‘England’s Madeira’. Today, Ventnor Botanic Gardens thrives in this mild climate. The delightful crescent shaped beach is backed by shops, cafes and restaurants. Ventnor Haven Fishery lands delicious fresh crab and fish daily. The coastal walks to the small village of Bonchurch with it's pottery or to picturesque Steephill Cove (only accessible on foot) are stunning.

We have happily lived in Ventnor, Isle of Wight with our two children since 2005. Our home, Seagulls was built in 1895 and was formerly the York House Hotel. Gulls Wing Ground Floor Apartment forms part of Seagulls as a self-contained annexe.
We strive to make sure guests have a wonderful time. To achieve this, we think it is essential to be closeby if needed."
